How do I book an appointment?+
Pick a date and an open time slot in the booking form above. We'll text or call to confirm within 24 hours.
Is a deposit required?+
Yes — a $50 non-refundable deposit is collected once Rosa confirms your appointment. It's applied to your final total on the day of service.
How should I prepare my hair?+
Come with freshly washed, blow-dried, and detangled hair. Skip heavy butters or oils on the scalp the day of.
How long do appointments take?+
Most styles run 4–8 hours depending on length and density. Knotless and goddess locs are on the longer end.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Please give at least 48 hours notice. Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Can you do kids' hair?+
Yes — we love braiding for little ones. Please mention the age in the notes when booking.
